craft ideas earrings

hi everyone! today i'm going to show you how to make this beautiful easter wreath! you'll need a styrofoam ring, raphia, a hot glue gun and scissors. grab some raphia, put a little bit of glue on the ring and glue the beginning of the raphia onto the ring. wrap the rest of the raphia around the ring. cut where needed and glue the ends to the ring.

make sure to put some glue next to your raphia as well, as you'll need it for the next piece of raphia. continue to do the same until your entire ring is covered with raphia. [music] for the next part you'll need some white flour, salt, sunflower oil, water, measuring spoons and a mixing bowl. you'll also need baking paper, a garlic press and a knife

or toothpick. add 1,5 cups of flour to the mixing bowl, then a cup of salt, a cup of water and two tablespoons of sunflower oil. knead until everything is mixed well. line your surface with baking sheets. roll some dough into a little ball and form into a bowl. push some dough through the garlic press and add

pieces of the strands to your little bowl, creating a nest. form a few tiny eggs and add to your nest. now create the base of a carrot by forming a slightly flat cone. push some more dough through the garlic press and add this to your carrot for the greens. add some lines to your carrot. now continue to make as many nests and carrots as you think you'll need for your wreath.

preheat the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit or 175 degrees celsius. then bake your objects until they're brown. my carrots took 40 minutes to bake and my birds' nests took 1 hour. leave the objects to cool while grabbing these supplies: acrylic paint, painting supplies and a varnish of your choice. paint your birds' nest and carrots and let dry.

once they're completely dry, add your varnish. i'm using shimmery mod podge, because that will add an extra festive touch! if you want to hang your wreath, add a piece of string or ribbon. now it's time to glue our birds' nests and carrots onto our wreath! hang it on your door and enjoy your beautiful easter wreath!

thank you so much for watching and i hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

valentine's day craft projects

hi. i'm amy warkentien from expert villageand we're on step two of our window card. and we're going to put what's going to behindthe window which is a pretty piece of colored paper. it costs $1 to $2 at the craft store.and to make sure that we get it the right size we're going to turn it over. we're notgoing to mark on our pretty paper. we're going to mark on the back side. so, take a penciland trace around your heart that you already have cut out on your card. and then go aheadand cut it out. i'm going to use these nice looking scissors. i'm going to cut away fromwhere this is, a little bit larger, so that it'll be easier to place it inside the card. and then after we have this finished we'regoing to glue it down with a glue stick. make sure to not give kids too much leverage onthe glue stick because they'll go a little crazy and it will get everywhere. so, justcrank it up just a little and go ahead and put it on the back side of you...
