hey guys! it's phantom from the magic crafter dot com (www.themagiccrafter.com) and today i'm going to show you how i made these glittery seashells for my mermaiding gig. these are a great thing that you can stick in treasure chests to pass out to children when you are a mermaid at an event or if you just want some cool seashells for decorations. they are very, very, very, very, very easy to make and only require two materials so this is going to be a very short tutorial. so make sure that you have everything you need before you get started.

if you don't know where to get seashells or the other materials (material?) then you can find links to those in the description. i have some links showing you where you can buy those online since not everyone lives by a beach where you can go and pick up some seashells. let's get started with this tutorial and you'll be on your way to having many amazing glittery seashells. for this tutorial, you are going to need some seashells. make sure you wipe them down with a damp paper towel and then let them dry.

and i guess you're really going to need 3 materials (oops!) because you are going to need wax paper or some other surface to put your crafting paint on. and you're going to need some acrylic multi-surface crafting paint. the one i'm using is by martha stewart crafts. it is a multi-surface glitter paint and it is called "sugar cube." it's my favorite one to use! for this tutorial, i'm going to use my finger to paint because i'm a finger painter like that. i don't know why, but it's my favorite way to do it!

you can feel free to use a paint brush if you prefer. so, all you need to do for this is take your paint... and a seashell (or as many seashells as you'd like!) get some paint... and rub it on your shell. *** cheerful music is playing in the background *** and once that paint dries you can feel free to pile on another layer or two of that crafting paint
