craft ideas to decorate your home

hi. i'm matt cail and on behalf of expertvillage, i'm going to show you how to add some festive decorations to your thanksgivingday. another sort of decoration which is often overlooked are plates and napkins. you'relike "what do you mean decorations? that's just a plate, that's what it does - it's aplate.". maybe you have really nice plates that you want to use for your thanksgivingdinner or like just eating in the month of november activities. maybe you don't. maybeyou actually wouldn't mind having something out there with some more like autumn leaves, pumpkins, cornucopias, and other thanksgiving themes on it. for example here, we have severaloptions you can basically have. you can also see there are just so many options at thestores now a days. you have these wonderful

larger big brown plates with lots of mapleleaves on them. you also have smaller light brown plates for cornucopia on there rightin the center. you have a bunch of napkins here and of course you even have a littleturkey plate. now, i personally don'trecommend using any type of paper or fall themed dishes unless you have nice china withmaple leaves all over them. i don't recommend those main thanksgiving dinner, but i thinkthey are perfect for snack plates. these napkins and these plates are great. you don't haveto an army of dishes before thanksgiving dinners'

valentine's day craft projects

hi. i'm amy warkentien from expert villageand we're on step two of our window card. and we're going to put what's going to behindthe window which is a pretty piece of colored paper. it costs $1 to $2 at the craft store.and to make sure that we get it the right size we're going to turn it over. we're notgoing to mark on our pretty paper. we're going to mark on the back side. so, take a penciland trace around your heart that you already have cut out on your card. and then go aheadand cut it out. i'm going to use these nice looking scissors. i'm going to cut away fromwhere this is, a little bit larger, so that it'll be easier to place it inside the card. and then after we have this finished we'regoing to glue it down with a glue stick. make sure to not give kids too much leverage onthe glue stick because they'll go a little crazy and it will get everywhere. so, justcrank it up just a little and go ahead and put it on the back side of you...
