workweek. saturday: high pressure will mainly be in charge, but a trough will move through and give us a chance of showers/t-storms. these storms look to be non-severe and mainly fueled by
daytime heating. the best chance of storms will be late afternoon and early evening. otherwise, most will see partly cloudy skies and we will be seasonably warm. highs will be in the mid-70s north
and the mid-80s south. sunday and monday: a warm front will approach and make its way through. the wind will flip to the south, bringing in more heat and humidity. during this timeframe, we will see
partly to mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers/t-storms across the region. we are watching a marginal risk of severe weather for our nd counties for
sunday evening; please see the weather graphic on this page for more information. highs sunday will be in the upper 70s north and the upper 80s south. monday's highs will be 3-5 degrees
warmer across the region. tuesday and wednesday: we will keep hot and humid conditions for the day on tuesday with most seeing partly cloudy skies. a cold front will move through, followed by high
pressure working in. for both days we will keep a 20-40% chance of showers/t-storms. highs tuesday will be near 80 north and near 90 south. after the front moves
through, we will see the wind flip to more of a northerly direction, cooling us off slightly and reducing the humidity. by wednesday, temperatures will be in the upper 70s north and the upper 80s south.
thursday and friday: high pressure approaches and then crests over us. we will see partly cloudy skies for thursday and sunny skies for friday. we should remain dry during this timeframe
