craft ideas with clay

hello friends! welcome to "plastifarm", where you'll learn how to make clay farm animals! meet manny the donkey, earl the rabbit, mitch the cow, tom the sheep, adele the mouse, dannythe piglet,

roy the rooster, and ramon the dog. today on plastifarm, learn to make danny the pigglet! you'll need a pink clay, white clay and littlebit of black clay. let's start with the body. take a big lump of clay pink, and shape a large drop. put it aside. using scissors ora knife cut the tip so that the drop is flat. then, using a pen or pencil create two holesat the edge of the flat. this pigglet now has a nose.

now for the ears. taking pink clay and create two drop shape, about the same size. squeeze them, stick them in the back of the head. now for the eyes. with white clay, we will create two small balls for pupils, take two small dots black clay, we'll stick them in the center of the white eyes. then, on each of the white balls

connect a little sausage shape in pink clay. these will be the eyelids. connect the eyes and eyelids piglet's head. the next step is the mouth. it's really easy. from pink clay we'll create a pita shape, and we'll stick it gently under the nose and this is ... there !. and now to the feet?

will create four drops of pink, just likewe did with the body, only much smaller. the narrowest part we connect to the belly of a piglet, and dror is almost ready! now, all we have left to do is the tail. doing small pink clay snake and rotated so that it is wavy. finally, attach it to the back of the piglet and that, done! right danny?

hi. i'm amy warkentien from expert villageand we're on step two of our window card. and we're going to put what's going to behindthe window which is a pretty piece of colored paper. it costs $1 to $2 at the craft store.and to make sure that we get it the right size we're going to turn it over. we're notgoing to mark on our pretty paper. we're going to mark on the back side. so, take a penciland trace around your heart that you already have cut out on your card. and then go aheadand cut it out. i'm going to use these nice looking scissors. i'm going to cut away fromwhere this is, a little bit larger, so that it'll be easier to place it inside the card. and then after we have this finished we'regoing to glue it down with a glue stick. make sure to not give kids too much leverage onthe glue stick because they'll go a little crazy and it will get everywhere. so, justcrank it up just a little and go ahead and put it on the back side of you...
