paper craft ideas for easter

hi, this is joelle meijer. let's make an easter basket with a paper plate. this time, i will be using a round paper plateto make a square basket. when you turn the plate around, you can seean embossed circle. you will draw a square inside the circle. for this size of plates, i'll draw a squareof about 4 1/2 inches. when you have drawn the square, place theruler along one side of the square and extend the line on both sides. then place the ruler on the opposite sideand do the same.

now cut along the lines you traced but stopat the square. fold the four sides of the plate along thelines of the square. to form a basket, glue the sides together. take white glue and glue the corner of oneside to the adjacent side. hold together with a clothespin. proceed the same way for all the corners ofthe basket. while the glue dries, take another plate anddraw a strip in the middle. this strip will be used to create the handleof the little basket. glue the ends to opposite sides of the basket.hold them in place with clothespins.

when the glue is dry, remove all the clothespins. if you have a plain paper plate and you findthat it lacks colour, you can add stickers all around the basket. when you are satisfied, start by filling thebasket with easter grass. there are all kinds of grass in differentcolours to suit your preferences. then choose a variety of eggs, bunnies andother kinds of chocolates

hi. i'm amy warkentien from expert villageand we're on step two of our window card. and we're going to put what's going to behindthe window which is a pretty piece of colored paper. it costs $1 to $2 at the craft store.and to make sure that we get it the right size we're going to turn it over. we're notgoing to mark on our pretty paper. we're going to mark on the back side. so, take a penciland trace around your heart that you already have cut out on your card. and then go aheadand cut it out. i'm going to use these nice looking scissors. i'm going to cut away fromwhere this is, a little bit larger, so that it'll be easier to place it inside the card. and then after we have this finished we'regoing to glue it down with a glue stick. make sure to not give kids too much leverage onthe glue stick because they'll go a little crazy and it will get everywhere. so, justcrank it up just a little and go ahead and put it on the back side of you...
